At Amore Luxe, every order is handled with care from the moment it's placed to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Preparation

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Payment Confirmation

Please note that orders are only shipped once payment has been received and reflected in our account. For EFT/bank deposits, kindly send your proof of payment to info@amoreluxe.co.za to avoid any delays.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across South Africa once your order has been dispatched.

For deliveries to outlying or remote areas, please allow up to 7 business days.

Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping on all orders over R800. Standard delivery fees apply to orders below this amount and are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation along with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
